Stellar service, I was greeting and met with courtesy, respect, and kindness throughout my visit. I was in pain, and had to have m I was part of a family business as a dental technician supporting 20 dentists during my 10 years. I have seen the good, bad, and ugly and this place superceded all expectations from the front desk, to the assistant and Dr. Estrada. This was one of those rare encounters where the office and doctor actually LISTENED and took inventory of my wants and needs. I met Dr Estrada only this first time, but I have no desire ever to look for another dentist ever again. He is spectacular both in his demeanor and skills. I feel very fortunate that all the chaos that led me to arrive at Flamingo Smiles was a blessing in disquise. I could tell you stories that would make you cringe of how I have been treated both as a person and patient and the less than acceptable treatment plans I received. Perhaps part of that was because I was an "insider. But today, I am just another person looking for pain relief and a remedy for my future. I have it now. Dr Estrada's skills in addressing my situation were immpeccable and he never once presented himself or his assessment as more important that my needs. He even said "It's your mouth, we will do what you want, as best we can." I don't believe for a second if I had asked for something that didn't serve my best interest he would have offered his counsel, but not in a way that would have made me feel less than. He is a genuine health care provider and if you have even a glimmer of doubt about choosing him or Flamingo Smiles office, dismiss it now and take the next step to alleviating your situation.

I have been a patient of Flamingo Smiles for years and loved Dr. Lee. She sold the practice and I now have Dr. Estrada and Dr. Patton. These dentists are very professional and kind!! Everyone in the office are great. I have not had a bad experience in this office ever. I had a procedure with Shayna about 3 months ago and she was Awesome! I have had Peggy and Jake and Francis, all very good at their jobs. They all put you at ease. Dr. Estrada is a perfectionist and a great dentist!! Today I had Dr. Patton for the first time and he is also a great dentist, gentle and so kind!! Thank you all for the great service and helping me with my dental health! September 2025 I just had a couple of visits to Dr. Estrada and his team. They are always very welcoming and professional! Dr. Estrada got me right in when I had an emergency. This office is clean and I feel very safe and comfortable here. The whole office works together as a great team!! Thank you Flamingo 😊 Smiles!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Alan Estrada! Not only is he incredibly kind and patient, but he also takes the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. What really stood out was how he educated me on every option available for my dental situation, making sure I felt informed and empowered in my decisions. If you’re someone who feels anxious about going to the dentist (like many of us do), Dr. Estrada is exactly the kind of professional you want. He creates a safe, welcoming environment and genuinely cares about your comfort. I left feeling not just cared for, but confident in the treatment I received. A truly exceptional experience! The staff is equally amazing—extremely welcoming, always smiling, and incredibly kind. They made sure my insurance was up to date and handled everything smoothly, so there were no hiccups during check-in or check-out.
