I HATE going to the dentist. I never am numbed enough and always feel everything. So going in for a crown wasn’t high on my list! Office staff was actually nice! Kayte greeted me with a smile and was very attentive and nice so that helped ease my anxiety. Kassidy welcomed me to the back and went through everything with me and addressed my concerns. She also set the expectations for me for the appointment further reducing my anxiety. Both Dr Escoto and Estrada took care of me. I only needed one shot and it worked through the entire procedure even while the crown was custom made!!! Wow!!! All done in one shot!!!! Dr’s were great and just got it done. Not a lot of back and forth they did each step and then verified and moved on to the next step. I didn’t feel any pain the entire process! Kassidy was a great assistant! Really took care of me and laughed at my dad jokes as I was trying to relieve my anxiety. Her parents raised her right! Great Job! Maybe I’ll Visit the dentist more often now?

I have been a patient of Flamingo Smiles for years and loved Dr. Lee. She sold the practice and I now have Dr. Estrada. The dentists in this office are very professional and kind!! Everyone in the office are great. I have not had a bad experience in this office ever. I had a procedure with Shayna about 3 months ago and she was Awesome! I have had Peggy and Kassidy (sp?)They both put you at ease. Very nice and good at their job of taking X-rays and being dental assistants. Dr. Estrada is a perfectionist and a great dentist!! Thank you all for the great service and helping me with my dental health! September 2025 I just had a couple of visits to Dr. Estrada and his team. They are always very welcoming and professional! Dr. Estrada got me right in when I had an emergency. This office is clean and I feel very safe and comfortable here. The whole office works together as a great team!! Thank you Flamingo 😊 Smiles!!!! Kayte at the front desk is great, she is so nice and very helpful! Kassidy did my X-rays today and Shayna cleaned my teeth again. See you in 6 months! 😁
